You do have to clean up after the meal but it's only because the the plates are porcelain and silverware are metal. Be careful walking on the floor though. It's very slippery. “ In town on business and it's always fun to search out good non-fast food places to eat. However, you could easy call this fast food, but it's certainly not in the category with those burger chains. Ordered 1/2 chicken with maduros, yucca fries, and a couple cookies. Counter order place, and the meal was ready in seconds. Hot, fresh, flavorful, tender chicken, and the sides are perfect. Sauces are excellent. Highly recommend that green sauce (jalapeno I believe). Friendly staff, clean place, and good parking. Will make this a stop on any future business trips to the area. The atmosphere is quiet and the restaurant is always clean. It is a good place to dine in. The prices are good. You can enjoy an excellent dinner for a good price. I hope they do not need to increase the prices because they are affordable for everybody, specially for retired seniors who have a fixed budget.
